Starting to get some feedback on the televised debate between Democrat Beau Hicks and Republican Brian Munzlinger. The debate was “filmed live” at Culver-Stockton College last week and aired yesterday on WGEM-TV. I attended the debates but didn’t see the WGEM broadcast. I’m reporting on what I heard from people who saw on television. The buzz is good for Beau!!! Several people have remarked that Beau Hicks seemed to grasp the issues better that Representative Munzlinger. Another view said that Munzlinger was vague on issues and defensive about his record in the House.
